John Sheil - 28 April 2007

I am and have been an amateur photographer sense I purchased my first "Canon AE1 programme" approx 27 years ago. Every camera I have owned between that camera and my now 350D has been a Canon.

I am a director in a Truck Accessories business and I run our North Queensland branch.

I live on Beach front with a river next to me which gives me great opportunities for sunrises and sunsets. Lately my passion has been for Macro with my new 100mm lens (a whole new world).

At the moment I am working on photos for a 2009 calendar. Not for the money as taking photos is a great past time therapy for me. Enjoy a day in my life.
