This is the "Dobro Guitar Guy". We have an unbelievably pleasant climate here in Santa Barbara, so, like many other structures in town, my office does not have air-conditioning. I leave my window open all day as a result. This guy sits down there on State Street outside my open window, and plays the same four songs all day, starting around 9:30 in the morning and continuing until I leave work around 6:30 in the evening. The four song repertoire is OK if you are a pedestrian walking by and listening to it for 30 seconds. Listening to this rotation for nine hours, every day, is another story.
